Returns Policy
Items ordered from Valley Hardwood Supply are eligible for a return or replacement up to 30 days after shipment date.
* Pieces that have been cut, painted, stained marked, glued or otherwise altered are not eligible for return
* Only stock items are eligible for return. Custom orders are not eligible for return
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
* Damaged or defective items may be returned at no cost to customer
Shipping
Shipping is available to the majority of the continental United States.
There is a $20 shipping and handling charge on orders under $80.
